How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Sweetbehind Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- What happened when you called or contacted Sweetbehind Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Sweetbehind Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@sweetbehind.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We confirm receipt of your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
