Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use sweetbehind.property. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Referral Only

Sweetbehind Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We put homeowners in touch with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not design, demolish, build, install, plumb, wire or repair anything. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, never by Sweetbehind Remodeling.

No Endorsement or Promise

Introducing you to a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, schedule, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider is available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits and conduct.

General Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, design, engineering or financial advice. Every home and every remodel is different, so what suits one project may not suit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, your location, the materials you pick and the condition of your home. Ask the provider for an itemized written quote before work begins, and compare more than one.

Financing and Payment

Sweetbehind Remodeling does not offer loans, financing or payment plans. We also do not collect payment for remodeling work. The provider you choose sets the payment terms. Read every contract closely before you sign.

Safety First

Remodeling can involve demolition, electrical wiring, gas lines and heavy materials. Homes built before 1978 may contain lead paint. Some older flooring, insulation or ceiling materials may need testing before anyone disturbs them. Do not cut, sand or remove anything you are unsure about. If you think life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Sweetbehind Remodeling may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep the information on this site correct and current. We cannot warrant that it is complete or without errors.
