Grow Your Remodeling Business

Sweetbehind Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners who are planning bathroom and kitchen projects with independent providers. This page is for contractors who want those calls. It is not a job posting. We do not hire employees through this page, and you stay your own boss.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who do bigger, planned projects in the Detroit area. That includes:

• Bathroom remodels, including tub and shower conversions
• Walk-in tubs and walk-in showers
• Custom bathroom renovations and luxury bath upgrades
• Full kitchen remodels

We are not a fit for small repair jobs or mobile homes. If that is your main work, this network may not suit you.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting you with their house and a lot of money. So we ask providers to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your state and town require
• Give quotes in writing, with clear line items
• Explain what can change the price before work starts
• Answer questions plainly and without pressure
• Show up when you say you will, and let the homeowner know early if plans change
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare other quotes

We may ask for proof of licensing and insurance. A provider who cannot show it will not be a good match.

What to Know About Referrals

Referrals are introductions. They are not promises of work. The homeowner chooses who to hire, and you earn the job with a clear, fair quote. Terms for referral fees are shared before you join, so you can decide if the numbers work for you.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@sweetbehind.property. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The types of projects you take on
• Your license and insurance details, where they apply
• The easiest way to reach you

We will read it and reply with next steps.

Questions?

Write to contact@sweetbehind.property and ask. We are happy to explain how the network works before you decide.
