A provider may reach out to talk through your plans. Then you can compare written quotes side by side. Look at scope, materials and schedule, not just the bottom line.
Your Call, Your Pace
There is no obligation. You can ask questions, say no or take your time. Nobody should rush you into a contract.
Before you pick anyone, ask before you sign. Check that the quote is itemized, that permits are covered and that the payment plan makes sense. The right provider will answer clearly.
Typical costs vary by job, so a written quote is the only number that counts.
